Exclusive Cars vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However customer property is carried entirely at their own risk and Exclusive Cars shall not be held responsible or liable for the loss or damage to such property.
Exclusive Cars will not be held responsible for any Meetings/Appointments/Flights missed as a result of traffic or road conditions out of control of Exclusive Cars and/or their drivers. However, every possible effort will be made to avoid such a situation.
Exclusive cars reserves the right to change your vehicle or driver at any time if deemed necessary.
Credit card payments are subject to a 6% surcharge.
Our payment terms are 30 days of invoice date.
Exclusive Cars reserves the right to use sub contractors to compliment our own work force.
All Wedding car hire deposits are non-refundable and payment must be made in full 4 weeks before the wedding date. If the wedding is cancelled no refund will be given.
In the event of mechanical failure to the vehicle of choice every effort will be made to repair and supply the vehicle on the day. However this may be subject to change should the vehicle of choice be unavailabe.
If a booking is cancelled by the customer within 12 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all monies paid will be non refundable or will be charged to the customer.
If a booking is cancelled by the customer with in 48 hours from the start of the hire 30% of the monies paid will be non refundable or will be charged to the customer.
Nothing contained in our Terms & Conditions can affect the customer statutory rights.
